Booking and payment:

- 30% deposit at the time of booking

- Remaining 70% due 14 days before arrival

- Payments processed via Stripe (secure card payment)

Cancellation policy:

- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (full refund of deposit)

- 14–7 days before arrival: 50% refund

- Less than 7 days: no refund

Security deposit:

- A pre-authorisation of €200 is held on your card 3 days before check-in

- Released within 7 days after check-out if no damage is reported

Force majeure:

- In case of natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, or proven medical emergencies, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
