CANCELLATION POLICY


We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy 

applies to direct bookings made through rivagardastays.com.


REFUND SCHEDULE


- 14+ days before arrival — Full refund (100% of total)

- 7–14 days before arrival — 50% refund of total

- Less than 7 days before arrival — No refund

- No-show — No refund


Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original 

payment method.


HOW TO CANCEL


Send your cancellation request by email to info@rivagardastays.com 

or via WhatsApp to +39 393 604 1201. Please include your booking 

ID and check-in date.


MODIFICATIONS


Date changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences.

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable modifications at no charge 

when requested 14+ days before arrival.


FORCE MAJEURE


In case of documented force majeure events (serious illness, government 

travel restrictions, natural disasters preventing arrival), we will 

consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation 

may be required.


BOOKINGS VIA OTHER PLATFORMS


Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO follow the cancellation 

policies of those platforms. Please refer to your booking confirmation 

for details.


TOURIST TAX


Tourist tax (€1.00 per person per night, max 10 nights, children under 14 

exempt) is paid at check-in and is non-refundable once the stay has begun.
