You're in the centre of Riva del Garda — a Trentino lake town that punches well above its weight. The old town with its medieval Bastione fortress, the marina, the lakefront promenade, and the beach are all within a 7-minute walk.

The area mixes everyday Italian life with adventure infrastructure: family-run bakeries and gelaterias next to bike rental shops and sport and nature activity  offices. The supermarket and pharmacy are around the corner. Bars and trattorias spill onto the streets in the evening.

Lake Garda itself is the main event: windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, SUP, lake swimming, ferry rides. The mountains start right at the lake — hiking trails, via ferrata, the Ponale road, mountain biking. Verona, Venice and the Dolomites are all day-trip distance.
